This notice describes how CleanDrop uses information submitted through cleandropva.com.

Information you give us

When you request a pickup, we ask for your name, contact information, pickup address, service preferences, and any details you choose to share. Please do not submit payment-card information, medical details, or other sensitive information through this form.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to you, check pickup availability, coordinate laundry service, and communicate about your request. We may retain records of inquiries for ordinary business operations and customer service.

Service providers

Our website hosting provider may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the site. Pickup requests are emailed to our business inbox, and request acknowledgment emails are sent to customers using the hosting provider’s mail services. Our email provider may process those messages for delivery and storage. For completed services, we use QuickBooks Online to create invoices and provide payment options; customer billing details necessary for invoicing are processed by that provider. No credit-card information is collected by this website.

Data sharing

We do not intend to sell personal information submitted through our pickup form. Information may be shared with providers working on our behalf, or when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics integration. The hosting provider may process basic technical request data necessary for website delivery and security.

Your choices

To ask about information you have submitted, request an update or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email support@cleandropva.com. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
